About this role

Responsibilities:  Talk to Clients: Meet with potential clients to understand their problems and needs.  Know Our Products: Learn about our technical products and services to explain how they can solve clients' issues.  Create Solutions and Present Ideas: Work with the sales team to develop custom solutions tailored to each client's needs, and explain these solutions to clients to demonstrate their benefits.  Feedback Sharing: Share client feedback with our product team to help improve our products.  Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.  RFP/RFI Response: Respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.  Client Onboarding: Assist clients with the initial setup and integration of our solutions.  Identify Use Cases: Identify relevant use cases for potential brands/customers that can be served by using VivaConnect's offerings.  Sales Support: Provide insights and training to support the sales team.  PoC Coordination: Coordinate Proof of Concept activities to demonstrate product value. Skills Required:  Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.  Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.  Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.  Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company’s products and services.  PPT Skills: Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
