Responsibilities:
Talk to Clients: Meet with potential clients to understand their problems and needs.
Know Our Products: Learn about our technical products and services to explain how
they can solve clients' issues.
Create Solutions and Present Ideas: Work with the sales team to develop custom
solutions tailored to each client's needs, and explain these solutions to clients to
demonstrate their benefits.
Feedback Sharing: Share client feedback with our product team to help improve our
products.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
RFP/RFI Response: Respond to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Information.
Client Onboarding: Assist clients with the initial setup and integration of our solutions.
Identify Use Cases: Identify relevant use cases for potential brands/customers that can
be served by using VivaConnect's offerings.
Sales Support: Provide insights and training to support the sales team.
PoC Coordination: Coordinate Proof of Concept activities to demonstrate product value.
Skills Required:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information
Technology, or a related field is preferred.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Product Knowledge: Deep understanding of the company’s products and services.
PPT Skills: Proficiency in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
