Role Overview:
We are looking for a hands-on Pre-Sales / Solution Consultant who can bridge customer requirements with product capabilities. This role is focused on solutioning, delivering impactful demos, and supporting the sales cycle end-to-end with a strong ownership mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand customer use cases, workflows, and business requirements in detail
Translate requirements into practical, scalable solutions using the product
Deliver tailored product demos, presentations, and POCs aligned to client needs
Handle functional, technical, and compliance-related queries confidently
Support RFP/RFQ responses, proposals, and deal qualification
Work closely with Sales, Product, and Implementation teams to drive closures
Act as a trusted advisor during the pre-sales cycle
What We’re Looking:
For 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Sales / Solution Consulting (B2B SaaS preferred)
Strong preference for candidates with product company experience (not purely services)
Strong solutioning mindset — focuses on solving, not just identifying problems
Ability to independently understand requirements and craft solutions (functional + basic technical)
Business Analyst (BA) approach — structured thinking, clarity in workflows and use cases
Comfortable with technical concepts (APIs, integrations, system flows; no coding required)
Hands-on experience in demos, customer interactions, and deal support
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Go-getter attitude — proactive, ownership-driven, and execution-focused
Good to Have:
Experience in procurement / sourcing / supply chain platforms
Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and compliance-heavy deals
