We are seeking a dynamic  PreSales Engagement Manager/Lead  to spearhead our enterprise business initiatives worldwide. This role is critical in driving client engagement, customizing AI training solutions, and converting opportunities into successful partnerships by communicating the value proposition of our offerings to enterprise clients.  Key Responsibilities Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis Engage with enterprise clients across geographic regions to understand their AI training needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify pain points and tailor training solutions accordingly. Conduct detailed requirement-gathering sessions to align training curriculums with client goals. Training Solution Design, Demos & Presentation Design and develop bespoke AI training curriculums based on client requirements. Set up and deliver compelling demos showcasing training solutions and capabilities of our company. Present training programs and proposals to key stakeholders, articulating technical and business value propositions. Sales Funnel Management Help drive the sales process from opportunity qualification to proposal acceptance. Collaborate with the sales, content, product, delivery and technical teams to create and deliver winning proposals. Ensure a seamless transition from presales to program delivery for closed deals. Technology & Industry Expertise Maintain a deep understanding of AI tools, technologies, and their applications in various industries. Stay updated on the latest advancements in Data Science, Analytics, and AI trends. Understand competitive offerings of key competitors in this space.  Leverage knowledge of cloud environments (Azure, GCP, AWS) and GPU-based solutions for delivering AI training programs. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Work closely with internal teams, including sales, product, and technical experts to refine and enhance training offerings. Collect feedback from clients to continuously improve training content and delivery mechanisms. Qualifications & Experience Mandatory: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Analytics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a related STEM field. Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with at least 3 years in a presales, client engagement, or similar engagement role in Tech/AI consulting Strong knowledge of AI, Data Science, and Analytics tools and libraries. Hands-on experience with cloud environments like Azure, GCP, and AWS, and familiarity with GPU-based computing for AI. Preferred: Prior experience in the AI or EdTech sector. Demonstrated ability to manage global clients and understand diverse market dynamics. Proven track record of driving value propositions to clients and helping sales teams to close deals in the B2B environment. Skills: Exceptional communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to translate technical solutions into business value for diverse stakeholders.
