Role Overview: As a Customer Relationship Executive, you will be the first point of contact for potential investors. Your role is to engage, educate, and qualify leads, helping them understand MicroMitti’s investment offerings and moving them through the sales funnel. This is an ideal role for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for real estate/finance, and a hunger to grow in a fast-paced, high-impact team. Key Responsibilities: Lead Engagement & Qualification Make outbound calls and respond to inbound queries from potential investors. Understand their interests, financial goals, and investment preferences. Product Pitching & Communication Clearly explain MicroMitti’s investment model, returns, legal transparency, and project benefits. Address investor questions with professionalism and accuracy. CRM Management Update and manage lead details on CRM tools (Zoho/HubSpot). Ensure timely follow-ups and lead progression tracking.  Funnel Support & Reporting Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion efficiency. Share feedback on investor behavior, objections, and common concerns. Performance-Oriented Execution Achieve daily/weekly targets on lead calls, qualified leads (MQLs), and follow-ups. Track personal performance and continuously improve communication and process skills. What We’re Looking For: 1–4 years of experience in pre-sales, inside sales, tele calling, or customer engagement roles. Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi. Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality. Comfortable using CRMs, Excel/Google Sheets, and digital tools. Interest in real estate, wealth-tech, or financial services is a strong plus.
