Summary:
Role Overview
We are seeking a Solution &
Pre-Sales Specialist with proven experience in the fintech, cards, UPI & lending
domain to support business development and sales initiatives. The role requires
close collaboration with Sales, Product, Technology, and Operations teams to
design, position, and present effective fintech & solutions to prospective
and existing clients.
The ideal candidate will possess
a strong understanding of fintech products esp. Credit Cards, Prepaid Cards,
UPI, lending along with platforms and integrations, will be
comfortable engaging with client stakeholders across business and technical
functions.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales
& Solution Design
· Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and translate them into well-structured solution proposals
· Design and present end-to-end solutions aligned with client needs and product capabilities
· Conduct product demonstrations, solution walkthroughs, and proofs-of-concept (POCs)
· Prepare and respond to RFPs, RFIs, and client questionnaires in a timely and accurate manner. Client Interaction & Support
· Act as a subject matter expert during client discussions, explaining product features, workflows, integrations, and technical
considerations
· Address client queries related to APIs, integrations, security, compliance, scalability, and implementation
· Support sales teams throughout the deal lifecycle until handover to implementation, Internal Collaboration
· Work closely with Product and Technology teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment with the roadmap
· Provide structured feedback from client interactions to inform product enhancements
· Coordinate with Operations and Compliance teams where required, Documentation & Enablement
· Develop and maintain solution documentation, presentations, flow diagrams, and process notes
· Create and manage reusable pre-sales assets such as pitch decks, case studies, and FAQs
· Support sales enablement and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
· Manage Sales MIS, which includes pipeline management, throughput
MIS, revenue, ARPA, etc.
· Work with the founder's office and Chief of Staff to understand the overall organisation goals and translate effectively to the sales team.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Professional Experience
· 5–10 years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, business analysis, or related roles within the fintech industry
· Hands-on exposure to fintech domains such as payments, cards,UPI, lending, wallets, banking platforms, or financial APIs across Indian and global clients.
Technical & Functional Skills
· Strong understanding of fintech platforms, APIs, integrations, and digital financial workflows
· Ability to translate business requirements into structured technical and product solutions
· Familiarity with SaaS-based or platform-led product models
Communication & Stakeholder Management
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
· Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience working with B2B or enterprise fintech products
· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., RBIguidelines, KYC, AML, PCI-DSS)
· Exposure to creating solution demos, wireflows, or basic UX representations
· Prior experience in consulting firms, fintech startups, or high-growth environments
Performance Expectations
· Delivery of accurate, scalable, and client-aligned solutions during pre-sales engagements
· Contribution to improved deal conversion through effective solution positioning
