<p><strong>Job Title: Power Platform Engineer (Automation & Copilot Development)</strong></p>

<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a skilled <strong>Power Platform Engineer</strong> to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft Power Platform and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered Copilot agents to streamline business processes, improve efficiency, and drive digital transformation initiatives.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Design and develop business process automation using:</li>
<li>Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)</li>
<li>Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps)</li>
<li>Power BI (Reports & Dashboards)</li>
<li>Power Virtual Agents / Copilot Studio</li>
<li>Build and deploy AI-powered Copilot agents using:</li>
<li>Microsoft Copilot Studio</li>
<li>Azure OpenAI integrations (if applicable)</li>
<li>Custom connectors & APIs</li>
<li>Automate repetitive organizational tasks and workflows across departments (HR, Finance, Operations, IT, etc.)</li>
<li>Integrate Power Platform solutions with:</li>
<li>Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, OneDrive)</li>
<li>Dynamics 365</li>
<li>Third-party systems via APIs</li>
<li>Develop governance, security, and environment strategies for Power Platform</li>
<li>Create reusable components, flows, and automation frameworks</li>
<li>Monitor performance and optimize automation solutions</li>
<li>Provide technical documentation and user training</li>
<li>Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Required Skills & Qualifications</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field</li>
<li>3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform</li>
<li>Strong experience in:</li>
<li>Power Automate</li>
<li>Power Apps</li>
<li>Dataverse</li>
<li>REST APIs & connectors</li>
<li>Experience building Copilot agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio</li>
<li>Understanding of AI/LLM-based automation concepts</li>
<li>Knowledge of SharePoint Online & Microsoft Teams integration</li>
<li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills</li>
<li>Experience in environment management and DLP policies</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Preferred Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience with:</li>
<li>Azure services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps)</li>
<li>PowerShell scripting</li>
<li>Microsoft Graph API</li>
<li>CI/CD for Power Platform</li>
<li>PL-900 / PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 certifications</li>
<li>Experience working in enterprise automation projects</li>
