Portfolio Manager (Chartered Accountant)

Job Summary We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) for the role of Portfolio Manager with strong knowledge of GST, TDS, NBFC compliance, and CIC regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in the NBFC or banking industry and possess expertise in financial management, compliance, portfolio monitoring, and regulatory reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor financial and investment portfolios Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, RBI, and other regulatory requirements Handle NBFC and CIC-related compliance, reporting, and documentation Prepare MIS reports, portfolio analysis, and financial statements Monitor portfolio performance, financial risks, and operational controls Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities Ensure timely filing of statutory returns and regulatory submissions Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure process compliance Analyze financial data and provide strategic insights to management Manage and monitor financial and borrower's portfolio Required Skills & Knowledge Strong understanding of GST, TDS, accounting, and taxation Knowledge of NBFC regulations and RBI compliance framework Experience in CIC compliance and reporting Strong analytical and financial management skills Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP software Good communication and stakeholder management abilities Ability to manage portfolios and financial reporting independently Eligibility Criteria Qualified Chartered Accountant (Mandatory) 3–6 years of relevant experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services industry Experience in finance, compliance, taxation, or portfolio management preferred Candidates with exposure to RBI and CIC regulations will be preferred Preferred Candidate Profile Strong ownership and execution mindset Detail-oriented and compliance-focused professional Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good problem-solving and coordination skills Strong reporting and analytical capabilities
