Manage and coordinate daily operations within the POMS system
Ensure accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance
Monitor production schedules and track performance against targets
Generate reports and dashboards for KPIs and production metrics
Identify and resolve data discrepancies and system issues
Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and IT teams
Support system upgrades, testing, and process improvements
Maintain documentation and standard operating procedures
Train users on system usage and best practices
Ensure compliance with organizational and operational standards
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Operations/IT or related field
Experience: 2–5 years in production systems/operations
Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Tools: Proficiency in Excel/reporting tools; ERP/MES knowledge preferred
