Learn more at www.stradaglobal.com Role : Senior Manager, Platform Deployment We are hiring a Senior Manager – Platform Deployment (CI/CD) to lead a global function responsible for Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment across the Strada Products and Offerings ecosystem. This role combines hands-on technical leadership for a global team, managing to drive standardised, automated, and high-quality product releases and client configurations. The successful candidate plays a critical role in ensuring delivery predictability, operational excellence, and CI/CD maturity across Strada Products and Offerings Key Accountabilities (What This Role Owns) 1. Global CI/CD Delivery Strategy Own end-to-end CI/CD strategy and execution across SAP-based and Strada own IP platform Standardise pipelines, tooling, and deployment practices globally Ensure consistent, scalable, and reliable release delivery 2. Hands-on Technical Leadership (Critical Requirement) Provide deep technical oversight across: SAP transport management (TMS) Rev-Trac (core deployment tool) CI/CD pipeline design and automation using Azure DevOps Act as senior escalation points for complex deployment and pipeline issues. Drive automation and continuous optimisation of release processes 3. Deployment & Release Governance Lead release management and transport strategy across SAP and Strada own IP landscapes Ensure robust controls for change, release quality, and deployment validation Drive adherence to global processes and standards Establish monitoring and adherence to key KPIs with continuous improvement focus 4. Tooling & DevOps Enablement Own and evolve CI/CD tooling ecosystem , including: SAP Transport management (TMS) using Rev-Trac Azure DevOps Drive adoption of DevOps practices, automation-first approach, and pipeline health monitoring 5. Global Team Leadership Lead and develop a distributed global team (EU, APAC, Americas) Build capability in CI/CD, DevOps, and SAP deployment expertise Drive accountability, performance, and quality culture 6. Quality, Risk & Operational Excellence Embed a quality-first delivery mindset across all releases Proactively manage delivery risks, incidents, and escalations Drive continuous improvement through metrics and root cause analysis Candidate Profile (What We’re Looking For) Technical Expertise – Must Have Bachelor or Master’s degree with Technical emphasis, or equivalent 10+ years experience in SAP ecosystem (ECC / S4 Hana  in a Payroll environments) Experience in Rev-Trac is necessary, as well as technical knowledge on SAP Transport system (TMS) required Experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, admin, governance) Good logical and analytical skills, ability to work pro-actively and independently. Leadership & Delivery Proven track record managing global teams Availability to work EMEA hours, with flexibility for shift patterns and weekend support during peak demand or major releases. Strong experience in: Delivery ownership and execution under pressure Stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations Managing complex releases and incident scenarios Core Strengths Quality-first mindset with strong attention to detail Data-driven decision making and problem solving Strong communication across technical and business stakeholders Ability to drive standardisation, improvements and scalable processes across regions.
