Senior Analyst- Plan Administration (B2)

The incumbent in this role will ensure world-class service delivery to the US clients globally. This position is responsible for various professional activities, including processing transactions, administration of Pension plans and Disbursements. The role will focus on –
Processing of tasks for US Wealth clients
Maintaining the required Productivity% and CU%
Process Improvement
Meeting all the process SLAs external and internal (98% Accuracy and 100% TAT)
Adherence to Process SOPs/Guidelines
Effective utilization of available time
Adherence to calendar for client calls
Support compliance and audit requirements, completion of mandatory/recommended trainings
Applicants should be flexible working in nights
What you need to have:
Graduation in any stream
Minimum 2 years of experience
Good Knowledge of DB Domain preferred
Ability to multi-task, self-starter
Good Interpretation and decision-making skills
Good command of MS office applications (Excel, Power-point)
Good communication skills, both verbal and written
Good analytical and research skills, attention to details
Learn the process effectively and efficiently
Responsible for processing all tasks within the defined timelines
Delivering quality output
Sharing work status updates with PDs/PCs on assigned tasks
Ensure adherence to communication calendar
Adhere to process documentations (e.g. SOPs, Processing Guide and Exception Matrix)
