Placement Coordinator cu Mobilizer
to drive candidate mobilization, community engagement, counseling, and placement activities. The role involves identifying and enrolling candidates for training programs, coordinating with stakeholders, facilitating placement opportunities, and ensuring successful candidate outcomes through continuous support and employer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Mobilization & Outreach
Mobilize potential candidates through field visits, awareness campaigns, community outreach programs, and engagement activities.
Establish and maintain relationships with colleges, educational institutions, NGOs, community groups, and local stakeholders to promote student enrollment.
Conduct orientation sessions and awareness drives to increase participation in training programs.
Student Counseling & Enrollment
Counsel candidates on training programs, career pathways, skill development opportunities, and placement prospects.
Guide candidates through the enrollment and onboarding process.
Address candidate queries and provide continuous motivation to ensure training participation and retention.
Placement Coordination
Coordinate with employers, recruiters, and industry partners to identify job opportunities for trained candidates.
Organize placement drives, interviews, recruitment events, and employer interactions.
Support candidates with interview preparation, resume building, and required documentation for employment.
Stakeholder & Employer Engagement
Develop and maintain strong relationships with companies and recruiters to create sustainable placement opportunities.
Act as a liaison between candidates, employers, and training centers to ensure smooth coordination.
Monitoring, Reporting & Follow-up
Maintain accurate records of mobilization, enrollments, placements, and candidate progress.
Prepare periodic reports and MIS related to mobilization and placement activities.
Conduct post-placement follow-ups to track candidate retention and employment outcomes.
Center Operations Support
Support day-to-day center operations and project-related activities.
Contribute towards achieving mobilization, enrollment, and placement targets in line with organizational goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills.
Good coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
Basic proficiency in
MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
and reporting.
Ability to conduct field visits and engage with diverse communities and stakeholders.
Proactive, target-driven, and problem-solving mindset.
Experience
1–3 years of relevant experience
in candidate mobilization, placement coordination, skilling/training projects, community outreach, or a similar role will be preferred.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in the
skilling, education, livelihood, or workforce development sector
will be an added advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
