Key Responsibilities:
Conduct structured pickleball coaching sessions for beginners to advanced players.
Develop and implement training programs focusing on technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness.
Organize and oversee pickleball tournaments, leagues, and social events to enhance community engagement.
Provide individualized feedback and development plans to players.
Ensure the safety and maintenance of pickleball equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with other coaches and management to continuously improve the coaching program.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a pickleball coach or player at a competitive level.
Relevant coaching certifications are preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire players of all ages.
Commitment to maintaining a safe and inclusive environment for all participants
