About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized, client-focused, and creatively driven professional tomanage end-to-end wedding photography and film projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, project coordination abilities, creative understanding, and experience handling premium wedding clients. This role involves managing the complete client journey — from pre-booking consultations and project handover to final delivery — while ensuring seamless coordination between clients, creative teams, editors, planners, and production teams. The candidate will play a key role in helping couples understand the creative vision,storytelling approach, and unique strengths of our photography team while ensuring premium execution throughout the wedding journey.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Handle client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings.
Understand client expectations, preferences, family dynamics, and special requirements.
Provide regular project updates and ensure a smooth client experience.
Follow up on milestone-based collections/payments.
Ensure timely delivery of all photography and film deliverables.
Creative Direction
Create mood boards and visual references based on client expectations and event aesthetics.
Develop storytelling concepts for wedding films and photography coverage.
Attend events and direct photography/cinematography teams during shoots.
Ensure creative consistency and premium execution during wedding events.
Guide crews on framing, storytelling, candid moments, lighting, and visual output.
Monitor quality standards across photography, videography, albums, reels, and edited deliverables.
Client Consultation & Pre-Booking Experience
Conduct pre-booking consultations with prospective clients to explain photography styles, storytelling approaches, workflows, and deliverables.
Present the brand’s unique strengths, creative philosophy, and premium service experience.
Understand client expectations and recommend suitable photography/film packages.
Support Relationship Managers during premium project discussions and consultations.
Help clients visualize coverage styles, cinematic approaches, albums, and wedding film concepts.
Identify opportunities for premium upgrades such as albums, reels, teasers, extended coverage, and additional shoots.
Project Management
Take ownership of project handover from Relationship Managers / Planners.
Maintain project milestones, timelines, and deliverables trackers.
Coordinate with Crew Managers on schedules, logistics, and crew allocation.
Coordinate with Editing Managers regarding editing styles, timelines, and feedback.
Ensure seamless communication between clients, editors, planners, and production teams.
Proactively track project progress and escalate risks or delays when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Media, Communication, Event Management, or related fields preferred.
2–5 years of experience in wedding photography, event management, client servicing, creative production, or luxury hospitality.
Strong communication skills in English; Kannada/Hindi preferred.
Excellent client handling, presentation, and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative understanding of wedding storytelling, photography aesthetics, and cinematic films.
Knowledge of wedding photography workflows and editing processes is an added advantage.
Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel/Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and project tracking tools.
