We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our healthcare team in Pune, India. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring safe and effective medication management while providing exceptional patient care and maintaining compliance with all relevant regulations.
Accurately dispense medications and provide expert advice to patients on proper usage, potential side effects, and drug interactions
Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapy
Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing pharmaceutical products and supplies
Ensure compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and safety standards, including local regulations in Pune
Implement and oversee quality control procedures for medication storage and handling
Provide excellent customer service and address patient inquiries and concerns
Supervise and train pharmacy staff on proper procedures and customer service standards
Maintain accurate records of prescriptions, inventory, and financial transactions
Stay updated on new medications, industry trends, and best practices in pharmacy management
Participate in medication therapy management programs to improve patient outcomes
Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) required
Valid pharmacist license and current registration with the Pharmacy Council of India
Minimum 5 + years of experience as a licensed pharmacist
Proficiency in pharmacy management software and inventory systems
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical products, drug interactions, and side effects
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
Strong mathematical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail
Thorough understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and compliance requirements, including local regulations in Pune
Experience in medication therapy management preferred
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
