Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospital administrators in the Hyderabad region
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers about our innovative pharmaceutical offerings
Achieve and exceed sales targets by implementing effective, customer-focused sales strategies
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
Attend medical conferences, seminars, and trade shows to expand product knowledge and network with industry professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions for customers
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence using CRM software
Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and company policies
Travel extensively within the Hyderabad region to meet with clients and prospects

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Excellent negotiation and sales techniques
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical products and industry regulations
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional time management and organizational skills

Knowledge of local healthcare systems and regulations in India
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Hyderabad region
Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages (e.g., Telugu, Hindi) is a plus
