Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharma International Sales professional, based in Hyderabad. The role involves identifying and building relationships with international clients, managing the sales lifecycle, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include conducting market research, securing export opportunities, negotiating trade deals, ensuring compliance with international standards, and collaborating with other teams to optimize the export journey for pharmaceutical products.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and connect with
international pharmaceutical buyers, distributors, and partners
Drive
B2B sales of APIs and Finished Dosage Forms (FDF)
Conduct
lead generation and client outreach
via LinkedIn, email, and pharma marketplaces
Negotiate
pricing, supply agreements, and strategic partnerships
Research and expand into
new international pharmaceutical markets
Coordinate with internal teams for
documentation, compliance, and order fulfillment
What We’re Looking For:
Strong expertise in International Sales and International Business
Understanding of International Trade policies and practices
Excellent Communication skills and proven Customer Service abilities
Knowledge in pharmaceutical products and global healthcare industry trends
Proficiency in building and nurturing client relationships
Bachelor's degree in Business, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field
Prior experience in international sales, trade, or a similar domain is highly preferred
Ability to work well within cross-functional teams and adapt to a dynamic work environment
Experience in pharma sales, pharma exports, or business development
Knowledge of API / FDF products and pharmaceutical distribution channels
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills
Familiarity with international pharma markets and regulatory awareness
