Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled
Performance Tester
with strong expertise in performance testing tools, scripting, and result analysis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with
Apache JMeter
and
Groovy scripting
, a background in SaaS applications, and a good understanding of Agile methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using
JMeter
with
Groovy
scripting.
Analyze test results, identify performance bottlenecks, and provide optimization recommendations.
Generate meaningful and actionable performance test reports
for technical and business stakeholders.
Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure application performance meets business expectations.
Work on SaaS-based applications to validate scalability, reliability, and responsiveness.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives.
Document performance testing strategies, test plans, and results.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in
JMeter
for load, stress, and endurance testing.
Strong
Groovy scripting
skills for custom test logic and data handling.
Ability to
create clear, concise, and insightful performance reports

Experience working with
SaaS applications
.
Solid understanding of
Agile software development
.
Hands-on experience in
software testing
methodologies and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines for automated performance testing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for performance test execution.
Knowledge of monitoring tools (Grafana, Kibana, New Relic, etc.).
