Role Overview
We're looking for a performance marketer who can own paid acquisition end-to-end - not just campaign
setup, but strategy, execution, optimization, and growth.
This role is for someone who understands how SaaS buyers think, how funnels actually work in practice,
and how to turn paid channels into a predictable revenue engine.
What You'll Do
• Plan and execute paid acquisition strategies across platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and review
platforms)
• Build and manage full-funnel campaigns - from awareness to conversion to remarketing
• Take ownership of keyword strategy, search intent mapping, and ad copy development
• Align campaigns with buyer journey stages (problem-aware -> solution-aware -> decision-ready)
• Continuously test landing pages, messaging angles, and offers to improve conversion rates
• Work closely with content, sales, and product teams to ensure message-market fit
• Set up and optimize tracking (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, attribution models)
• Analyze performance and extract actionable insights - not just report numbers
• Manage budgets efficiently with a focus on CAC, ROI, and pipeline contribution
• Build scalable playbooks for growth across geographies (especially US and Canada markets)
What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in paid media, ideally in SaaS or IT/software products
• Strong experience running campaigns targeting US and/or Canada markets
• Deep understanding of Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, remarketing)
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and review platform campaigns (e.g., G2, Capterra
