Job Summary
We’re looking for a Performance Marketer who can own both user acquisition and high-performing Hindi creatives.
This role sits at the intersection of analytics and storytelling — someone who runs and optimizes campaigns across Meta and YouTube, while also crafting scripts, hooks, and concepts that convert.

What You’ll Do
Campaign Ownership & Performance (20%)
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and YouTube Ads
Optimize for CPI, CPP, retention, and ROAS
Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, and messaging
Turn data into insights and scale winning campaigns
Stay updated with platform trends and ad formats
Creative Strategy & Hindi Content (80%)
Write high-converting Hindi scripts for YouTube and Instagram ads
Create multiple hooks, angles, and concepts for testing
Collaborate on Reels, Shorts, and video ads
Use data to iterate creatives quickly
Leverage regional trends and audience behavior
Scale winning creatives through variations
What We’re Looking For
2–5 years in performance marketing / content / growth
Experience with Meta Ads and/or YouTube Ads
Strong analytical thinking + decision-making
Excellent Hindi writing and storytelling
Clear understanding of what makes ads convert
Experience with A/B testing and iteration
Ownership and ability to move fast
Bonus Points
Experience in mobile app growth or D2C
Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, UGC ads
Basic understanding of editing/design workflows
Experience combining data + creative strategy
