About the Role
We’re hiring a
data-driven Performance Marketing Manager
to own and scale our paid acquisition engine.
This is
not just an execution role
— you will own the entire performance marketing function end-to-end, including:
Paid media strategy
Attribution & tracking infrastructure
Funnel optimization
Activation and conversion improvement

Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Acquisition & Budget Ownership
Plan, execute, and scale campaigns across
Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit
, and emerging channels
Own and optimize monthly paid budgets for maximum ROI
Identify and experiment with new acquisition channels
Scale high-performing campaigns while maintaining CAC/CPA efficiency
2. Funnel Optimization & Conversion
Optimize full funnel:
Click → Signup → Qualified Signup → Activation
Improve conversion rates and reduce CPA
Run A/B tests across creatives, targeting, bidding, and landing pages
Partner with teams to build high-converting landing pages
Improve activation rates and downstream revenue
3. Tracking, Attribution & Analytics
Own marketing analytics stack:
GA4, GTag, PostHog
Ensure clean attribution and UTM frameworks
Build dashboards tracking CAC, CPA, activation, and funnel metrics
Identify and resolve tracking gaps and inconsistencies
4. Creative & Messaging Optimization
Collaborate with Product Marketing & Design on ad creatives
Translate product launches into performance campaigns
Continuously test messaging angles and formats
Ensure alignment across ads, landing pages, and product experience
5. Growth Experimentation
Run structured weekly experiments across:
Audience cohorts
Retargeting & lookalikes
Offers and positioning
Industry-specific landing pages
New channels
Maintain and execute an experimentation roadmap

CAC and CPA
Funnel Metrics
Activation rate from paid traffic

Requirements
Experience
4–6 years in performance marketing (SaaS, PLG, or ecommerce preferred)
Hands-on experience with
Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads
Experience managing significant paid budgets
Exposure to product-led growth funnels is a plus
Skills
Strong understanding of attribution models and funnel analytics
Experience with
GA4, GTag, PostHog
Expertise in conversion rate optimization
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
Proven experimentation mindset
Ability to connect marketing performance with product and revenue
