About Rocketium:
Rocketium
is an AI Creative Studio that helps global brands scale their marketing content production with speed, efficiency, and consistency. Most marketing teams struggle with repetitive creative work: resizing, versioning, and ensuring every asset meets brand or retailer requirements. These tasks slow down campaigns and drive up costs.
Our AI Studio combines AI agents, expert supervision, and design SaaS. Upload a production brief, and AI Agents — tuned to your brand — gather assets, pull design templates, apply channel best practices, and generate entire campaigns in minutes. Our experts review outputs, fine-tune the AI, and offer design services at a fraction of traditional agency costs.
Brands like Amazon, Electrolux, Colgate-Palmolive, General Mills, and Omnicom Group use Rocketium to reach broader audiences and grow digital sales.
What you'll do:
As a Performance Marketer at Rocketium, you'll own how we acquire users, generate pipeline, and optimize spend across paid channels. You'll work at the intersection of data and creativity, and in a company that builds creative tools, that matters more than most places.
You will:
Own paid acquisition across channels like Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, from strategy to day-to-day execution.
Build and run experiments: ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies. You'll have the autonomy to test fast and kill what doesn't work.
Partner closely with design to turn campaign insights into better creative and messaging.
Set up and maintain performance dashboards, attribution models, and reporting pipelines that give the team a clear picture of what's actually driving growth.
Manage budget allocation across channels and optimize toward pipeline and revenue metrics, not just clicks.
Own the RevOps layer on the marketing side - lead scoring, lifecycle stages, CRM workflows, and the handoff to sales. This isn't a shared responsibility; it's yours.
Who you are:
4-6 years in performance or growth marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or a performance marketing agency.
Hands-on experience running paid campaigns across at least two or three channels. You've managed real budgets and can show what happened.
Comfortable with the analytical side: attribution, cohort analysis, ROAS, CAC, LTV. You don't need a data analyst to tell you if a campaign is working.
You've worked with creative teams before and know how to brief them well. Bad creative kills good targeting.
Familiar with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, or similar CRMs and attribution platforms.
You ask why a number moved, not just what it is.
Beyond the pay-cheque:

Build campaigns for a product you'd actually want to use:
Rocketium is built for marketing and creative teams. You'll be marketing a tool to the exact kind of people who built it, and that feedback loop is rare.

What your first 30 days will look like:
🚀
Week 1-2:
Get oriented, not comfortable.
You'll audit current paid campaigns, understand existing attribution setup, and get a clear view of where spend is going and what's working. Expect to have an opinion by the end of week two.
🎨
Week 2-3:
Start running experiments.
You'll take ownership of at least one active channel and begin testing - copy, audiences, landing pages. The goal is to ship something real, not just plan it.
🧩
Week 3-4:
Build the reporting layer.
You'll wire up the dashboards and attribution views the team has been missing, and start producing the weekly performance read-out that actually makes decisions easier.
By the end of month one, you'll have a clear point of view on where the biggest growth levers are, and a plan to pull them.
