What you’ll do:
Hunt for talent like a pro using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and more
Shortlist resumes and keep the candidate database clean & updated
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers
Follow up with candidates to keep things smooth and stress-free
Support the hiring team with day-to-day recruitment work
Get hands-on exposure to other HR areas like onboarding, employee engagement, HR ops, and basic HR stuff as you grow
What we’re looking for:
Good communication skills (you know how to talk to people)
Interest in recruitment and HR
Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
Curious, eager to learn, and open to trying different HR functions
