Prepare leaders and teams to embrace organizational change, shaping and executing comprehensive people plans.
Manage clear communication of people strategies and implement organizational changes to achieve desired business goals.
Translate company-wide Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) into actionable plans tailored to the specific needs of the client organization, providing feedback to identify potential gaps.
Identify talent gaps, organizational shortcomings, and people needs that could hinder business strategy execution, and use this analysis to guide resourcing and development initiatives.
Support the selection and development of talent, and actively drive organizational health improvements through trend monitoring analysis.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
12 years of experience as an HR business partner or HR generalist supporting leaders at global companies.
Experience in organizational effectiveness, including workforce planning and organizational design.
Preferred qualifications:
Understanding of current and future processes needed to pursue continuous improvement in Human resources (HR) and talent policies and practices.
Ability to garner consensus from internal and external stakeholders, including executive leadership, surrounding new ideas and strategies.
Ability to effectively communicate across audiences, situations, and contexts in both a written and verbal format.
