P&C Advisor – India (Streaming Tech) Bangalore, India Note: This is a fixed-term contract role on WBD payroll itself for a duration of 1 year. Kindly apply only if you are aligned with and interested in this opportunity. Your New Role… Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Advisor to support our Streaming Tech organization in India. This role will play a critical part in enabling seamless execution of employee lifecycle processes, driving engagement initiatives, and leveraging data & analytics to support business decision-making. The P&C Advisor will partner closely with P&C Partners and Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver a high-quality employee experience across Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, while ensuring operational excellence in a fast-paced, global, matrixed environment. Responsibilities Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle from Onboarding to Exit and support in all P&C areas including compensation, learning & development, talent acquisition, performance management, and operations. Provide administrative and operational support across P&C initiatives. Cultivate strong relationship and partner with the Global and regional teams to implement global projects and initiatives. Lead and drive the India Employee Engagement charter including budgets and their deployment. Maintain data accuracy and integrity in Workday Provide administrative support for P&C functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. Develop strong working relationships with all P&C specialist functions to provide seamless HR support and guidance to the business including Staffing, Learning & Development, HRIS, Compensation & Benefits. Work on Monthly dashboards, bespoke employee reports and analysis for key HR metrics + event-based requests. Analyze trends and share insights that enable decision making Identify process improvements and drive efficiencies Promptly highlight unique/ complex scenarios or personnel issues to P&C Partners. Uphold confidentiality due to the sensitive nature of the People & Culture environment.   Requirements 3 to 6 years of HR Operations or Generalist experience Experience with HR systems (Workday preferred) Strong HR data analytics, reporting capability and problem-solving skills Experience in fast-paced, global, matrixed organizations Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Excellent communication and stakeholder management High attention to detail and ownership mindset Ability to handle confidential information How We Get Things Done… This last bit is probably the most important!
