About this role

Position Overview As part of the Production Control Group Automation (PCGA), you will design and develop automation solutions to support production operations. This will involve creating dashboards/UI, test frameworks for functional tests, order-sending for pilot trading, AI/LLM-driven solutions along with other automation tools to improve observability, reliability and streamline the production control processes. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics or Mathematics. • 2-5 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on experience in software development, tooling & automation • Proficiency in Python in a Linux-based environment. • Experience with UI/UX frameworks and best practices. • Eagerness to continuously learn new technologies and develop with us. • Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment Nice to have: • Experience in the Capital Markets domain and Funds management. • Knowledge of C++ and kdb+/q • Experience with CI/CD practices. • Understanding of AI/LLM (tokené&ization, prompts, etc.), frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) and tools (vector db, RAG pipelines)
