At Shopflo, we're trying to change the way consumers experience brands and businesses. Our first product was a cart and checkout platform for e-commerce, that allowed marketers to personalise discounts, rewards, and payments. We are currently also working on a new product that takes it a notch higher by unlocking enterprise-grade personalization for all consumer tech businesses.

Shopflo was founded by three co-founders:
Ankit Bansal (ex-IIT Kharagpur, Oracle, Gupshup)
Ishan Rakshit (ex-IIT Bombay, Parthenon, Elevation Capital)

We’re a fast-growing team of ~60 people, based in HSR Layout, Bengaluru. We raised a $3.8M seed round from Tiger Global, Better & TQ Ventures.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Partnerships Manager to build and grow Shopflo’s ecosystem across Shopify agencies and D2C partners. You will identify and develop strategic relationships that can drive merchant adoption and revenue. This role combines outbound relationship building, partner enablement, and ecosystem growth.
What you will do
Identify and build relationships with high-potential Shopify agencies and ecosystem partners
Develop and manage a pipeline of partner-driven merchant opportunities
Lead outreach and relationship building with founders, growth heads, and account managers at partner organizations
Own partner onboarding and enablement to ensure partners can confidently recommend Shopflo
Coordinate product demos, introductions, and joint conversations with merchants
Support and run co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, ecosystem events, and referral programs
Track partner-led leads, opportunities, and revenue in CRM dashboards
Identify high-performing partners and expand collaboration opportunities
Stay updated on trends in the Indian D2C and Shopify ecosystem and share insights internally
You should apply if you have
2 to 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or ecosystem roles
Candidates with an engineering background are preferred.
Strong understanding of e-commerce, SaaS, or the D2C ecosystem
Experience building and managing agency, partner, or channel relationships
Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
Comfortable with outbound outreach and developing new partnerships
Organized and data-driven, with the ability to manage partner pipelines
Ability to collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams
Bonus Points
Experience working with Shopify brands, agencies, or ecommerce enablers
Familiarity with e-commerce tools, checkout platforms, or payment solutions
Exposure to co-marketing or ecosystem initiatives
