About this role

The Opportunity & The Upside We are building a creator revenue engine that will become a major growth moat for BlogVault. We already have a respected brand, active budgets, and an existing network of YouTube creators who admire our product. Your mandate is to take this warm foundation and build it into a predictable, highly profitable affiliate program. For the right builder, this is a career-defining opportunity. You will have the creative freedom to shape how we work with creators, the influence to impact our broader growth strategy, and the visibility of building a core revenue channel from the ground up. The Current Reality Right now, our creator relationships are friendly but under-monetized. We have successful, long-term collaborations in place, but we lack attributable revenue and a dedicated owner to optimize them. We have the foundation and the budget; we need you to build the revenue system. This is a commercial execution role. You are bridging the gap between creator relationships and revenue accountability. You need the intuition to design win-win incentives for creators, the operational clarity to build simple tracking systems, and the drive to deliver tangible business outcomes. What You Will Own (Day 1) Monetization: Transition our existing YouTube network from brand awareness into trackable, revenue-generating partnerships. Outcome-Driven Collaboration: Manage creator budgets to structure compelling asks. You will secure case studies, testimonials, and co-marketing launches designed for conversion. Product Translation: Partner with Product and Marketing to translate features into native, high-converting creator talking points that ship consistently. Scope You Will Help Us Build The revenue goals are clear, but the playbook is yours to write. You will define the operational cadences, select straightforward attribution tooling, and build the systems that scale this motion from ad-hoc traffic to a predictable revenue channel. How You Will Be Measured Trackable inbound pipeline and affiliate revenue. Creator Activation Rate (converting existing collaborators into active affiliates). Monthly Co-marketing Launches. Who This Is For You are a builder with 3–6 years of experience in affiliate partnerships, creator relations, or high-velocity outbound sales. You understand creator economics and how to structure a good deal. You are deeply organized, respect cross-functional workflows, and balance relationship management with high pipeline rigor. What Strong Candidates Usually Have A track record of scaling B2B or creator affiliate programs. Sharp commercial instincts and the ability to negotiate with influencers. A pragmatic, organized approach to pipeline tracking and attribution. Familiarity with SaaS, developer tools, or the WordPress ecosystem is a strong plus. Growth Path & Support This role is demanding. We have high standards, ambitious goals, and operate with velocity. However, you will be heavily supported. You will report directly to leadership and work alongside the Marketing Lead to build deep product knowledge. You are expected to move fast and own the outcomes, but you will have the mentorship and resources required to do your best work. This Role Is Not For You If You prefer purely brand-awareness sponsorships without driving attributable revenue. You need rigid, pre-existing playbooks to take your first step. You struggle to bridge the gap between relationship building and commercial execution. Culture at BlogVault Some values we’ve lived by over these last 14 years: We think like inventors. >Invent the answer you wish existed. If it already exists, ask how it could exist better.< We build for the love of it. And we build the best. We don’t just copy and paste. We start from first principles—frame the problem, question the default, ship, improve, repeat—until it’s world-class. Every version and experiment is a chance to push past our comfort zone and hone our craft. It isn’t easy—it takes patience and persistence—but it ends in work we’re proud of. Ownership builds a rocket ship. >It’s not the hours you put in your work that count; it’s the work you put in the hours.< We’re here to build the business. When we see a problem, we own it end‑to‑end. We pull in the right people, ask for help early, track just enough to finish, and close the loop. We focus on what moves the needle, cut low‑impact work, and push hard when it counts—then recover. That focus builds subject mastery. It helps get in the flow. It fuels passion and can spark healthy friction—and that’s all part of the game. We make a fuss when it matters, and once a call is made, we commit to it fully—whether we all agree or disagree. Step up to stand tall. >Greatness is a moving target.< Chase excellence in your craft and take on bigger problems. Grow into a full-stack problem-solver and leader—whatever your domain. Improve with intent, work with people who push you, and never get too comfortable. That’s how we level up. How’s the team? Open and flat hierarchy High-agency work with a get-stuff-done attitude Teams that focus on creating wins - for the org, the team and yourself - all fuelled by mentorship and empowerment Benefits Relocation benefits - we’ll book your domestic travel if you are not in Bangalore and help you with 2 weeks of accommodation Homemade lunch at the office and a pantry with snacks, fresh coffee & tea All the IT essentials and tools you’ll need to be successful in your role, everyone at the office gets an external monitor, ergonomic seating and a mechanical keyboard Frequent outings, company-sponsored outdoor events, celebrations for milestones, trips for the entire team and sponsorships to participate at international company events at exotic destinations Profit-sharing bonuses based on company growth, tenure and performance Paid time off - maternity, paternity, and marriage leave Insurance for the whole family
