<p>We are looking for a <strong>Partner Ecosystem Solutions Engineer</strong> to drive technical engagement across <strong>Global System Integrators (GSIs) and boutique partners</strong>.</p>
<p>This is not a traditional pre-sales role.</p>
<p>You will operate at the intersection of:</p>

<h2><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>1. Partner Enablement & Ecosystem Development</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own technical relationships with <strong>GSIs and strategic partners</strong></li>
<li>Enable partners on:</li>
<ul>
<li>DevRev architecture (AI-native, knowledge graph, agentic workflows)</li>
<li>Differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI stack</li>
</ul>
<li>Design and deliver:</li>
<ul>
<li>Partner workshops</li>
<li>Technical bootcamps</li>
<li>Solution playbooks</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Architecture & Technical Positioning</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead deep-dive discussions on:</li>
<ul>
<li>Knowledge graph (“Memory”) architecture</li>
<li>AI agents and enterprise workflows</li>
<li>Data ingestion (AirSync vs traditional ETL)</li>
</ul>
<li>Clearly articulate differentiation vs (for example):</li>
<ul>
<li>Enterprise search tools like Glean</li>
<li>Microsoft AI stack / Copilots / AI Foundry</li>
<li>Google Gemini Enterprise</li>
<li>Legacy CRM + AI bolt-ons (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Enterprise Deal Support (Partner-Led)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Partner with GSIs in:</li>
<ul>
<li>Opportunity shaping</li>
<li>Use-case discovery</li>
<li>Solution architecture</li>
</ul>
<li>Support:</li>
<ul>
<li>Executive briefings (VP, CXO level)</li>
<li>POVs / POCs</li>
<li>High-stakes demos</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Use Case & Solution Development</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Identify high-value use cases across industries:</li>
<ul>
<li>BFSI, FinTech, Manufacturing, Travel, etc.</li>
</ul>
<li>Translate business problems into:</li>
<ul>
<li>AI-driven workflows</li>
<li>Agent-based solutions</li>
</ul>
<li>Package repeatable <strong>partner-ready solutions</strong></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>5. Thought Leadership & Executive Engagement</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Engage with senior stakeholders:</li>
<ul>
<li>CIOs, CTOs, Heads of CX, Product Leaders</li>
</ul>
<li>Drive conversations around:</li>
<ul>
<li>AI transformation</li>

<li>Partner events</li>

<h2><strong>What We’re Looking For</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Experience</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>12+ years</strong> in Solutions Engineering / Pre-sales / Consulting / Architecture roles</li>
<li>Strong experience working with:</li>
<ul>
<li><strong>Global System Integrators (GSIs)</strong> OR</li>
<li>Enterprise consulting / partner ecosystems</li>
</ul>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Technical Depth</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of:</li>
<ul>
<li>Enterprise architecture</li>
<li>APIs, integrations, data pipelines, security & compliance </li>
<li>AI/ML concepts (RAG, embeddings, agents)</li>
</ul>
<li>Ability to <strong>go deep technically AND simplify for business audiences</strong></li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Education (Preferred)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Engineering background (B.E./B.Tech or equivalent)</li>
<li>MBA or equivalent business exposure is a strong plus</li>
</ul>
