Partner Enablement &amp; Ecosystem Development</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Own technical relationships with <strong>GSIs and strategic partners</strong></li> <li>Enable partners on:</li> <ul> <li>DevRev architecture (AI-native, knowledge graph, agentic workflows)</li> <li>Differentiation vs legacy CRM + AI stack</li> </ul> <li>Design and deliver:</li> <ul> <li>Partner workshops</li> <li>Technical bootcamps</li> <li>Solution playbooks</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>2. Architecture &amp; Technical Positioning</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead deep-dive discussions on:</li> <ul> <li>Knowledge graph (“Memory”) architecture</li> <li>AI agents and enterprise workflows</li> <li>Data ingestion (AirSync vs traditional ETL)</li> </ul> <li>Clearly articulate differentiation vs (for example):</li> <ul> <li>Enterprise search tools like Glean</li> <li>Microsoft AI stack / Copilots / AI Foundry</li> <li>Google Gemini Enterprise</li> <li>Legacy CRM + AI bolt-ons (Salesforce, Zendesk, Freshdesk)</li> </ul> </ul> <h3><strong>3.
