Help partners in their day-to-day challenges by delivering innovative solutions to their problems, troubleshooting their issues and performing implementation reviews.
Advocate new product features and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Represent clients’ feedback on features to Product Management and Engineering to improve product offerings.
Ensure client satisfaction (both new and ongoing) in terms of technical aspects by providing necessary documentation and technical guidance.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in technical project management, stakeholder management, professional services, solution engineering, or technical consulting.
Experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python).
Preferred qualifications:
Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and convey them to a non-technical audience effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
Familiarity with the ad serving industry and internet technologies.
Familiarity with Android development.
