About the Role
We’re looking for a high-potential Partner Marketing Associate to help shape and scale our partner ecosystem.
This role goes beyond execution - you will work at the intersection of strategy, sales, and marketing, contributing ideas, building programs, and continuously improving how we engage and grow our partners.

What You’ll Do
Work closely with Sales, Channel Marketing Managers, and the Marketing team to build and execute partner marketing strategies
Contribute to strategy planning, campaign ideation, and partner engagement initiatives
Continuously identify gaps and improve processes within the partner program
Come up with new initiatives, programs, and ideas to strengthen and scale the SecPod Partner Program
Develop creative ways to attract, engage, and retain partners
Assist in planning and executing co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and partner activations
Build and refine partner communication, messaging, and content
Ensure alignment between strategy and execution by working closely with Channel Marketing
Track performance and provide insights to improve outcomes
