Manage the team’s end-to-end vendor operations, including staffing, capacity, and logistics. Conduct regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with vendor leadership to ensure all volume, Service Level Agreement (SLA), and quality goals are met.
Oversee the comprehensive program management of Camps and Partner Center, ensuring a seamless bridge between the team’s strategic plans and flawless, on-the-ground execution.
Identify operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows to elevate the educational experience for partners and meet rigorous execution standards.
Own the operational budget and resource allocation for vendor programs. Manage operating expenses, oversee complex staffing requirements, and rigorously track execution against planned spend to ensure maximum efficiency and resource utilization.
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
3 years of experience in program management, vendor operations, or a similar tech/media environment
Experience managing vendor demand, delivery, and operating expenses (OPEX) tracking.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with working collaboratively and effectively across global teams and cultural landscapes.
Knowledge of advertising solutions and the media landscape with a focus on advertising agencies.
Excellent problem-solving, execution and thinking skills on problems.
Excellent communication, team-work and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross-functional and executive leadership.
