Responsibilities
Paid Media Campaign Strategy & Planning:
Create and present media plans, including budget recommendations, targeting, and creative strategies.
Where possible, work closely with other digital and ATL channels to identify channel integration opportunities.
Paid Media Campaign Execution & Management:
Set up, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok, DV360 and Teads Ad Manager.
Implement A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting bids, budgets, and targeting to achieve KPIs.
Ensure the campaigns are set up according to Taxonomy and Brand Safety standards.
Oversee creation of analytics and/or tracking tags for campaign assessment
Oversee the creation of additional campaign elements and/or restructure accounts as required.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and analyze paid media performance using platform analytics tools.
Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations for implementation.
Provide weekly and ad-hoc reports to internal clients/internal stakeholders.
Collaboration & Communication:
Communicate campaign and social media performance, insights, and recommendations to clients/internal stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in paid media.
Optimization & Growth:
Identify opportunities to expand or enhance both paid media campaigns and social media strategies for better performance and efficiency.
Proactively suggest new ideas and testing methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
Client responsibility:
Be the secondary point of contact for clients within the team.
Attend fortnightly catchups with internal client teams in iProspect/TAG/Carat to ensure awareness of all upcoming campaigns and report on campaign performance.
Partner relationship management:
Develop and foster an effective working relationship with our media partners.
Attend regular catchups with our priority partners to ensure we continue to deliver the best-in-class campaigns and identify potential alpha/beta trials.
Assist with sharing client campaign briefs and seeking input from partners for responses to briefs where time allows.
