Role Overview (Summary) This is a high-ownership Paid Media Specialist role where you’ll manage 3–5 B2B SaaS accounts end-to-end . You’ll be responsible for: Strategy, execution, and optimization Driving pipeline and revenue outcomes Using AI tools and workflows daily Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across: Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads Reddit Ads, X (Twitter) Ads Manage budgets, bids, and pacing aligned to revenue goals Build and refine audience segments: Intent-based, firmographic, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes Ensure accurate tracking: Conversion tracking, UTMs, CRM integration Develop full-funnel strategies tied to pipeline and revenue Run structured experiments (A/B testing across creatives, audiences, bidding) Analyze performance across channels and reallocate budgets based on impact Use AI tools for: Ad copy, research, analysis, and optimization Automate reporting and repetitive workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Copy, Creative, SEO, RevOps) Participate in client calls with insights and recommendations What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like Launching and scaling campaigns across: Google, Microsoft (Bing), LinkedIn, Meta Reddit and X (yes, we experiment where others don’t) Managing budgets, bids, and pacing tied to revenue goals Building smart audiences: Intent-based, ABM lists, retargeting, lookalikes Writing and testing ad copy — with AI as your co-pilot Running structured experiments (not guesswork) Connecting ad performance to CRM data and real pipeline What Success Looks Like You consistently drive pipeline and revenue impact Your accounts are structured, optimized, and scalable You run high-quality experiments and act on data You contribute to AI workflows and team learnings Clients trust your thinking — not just your execution Why Join TripleDart Work with fast-growing global SaaS companies Be part of a team building an AI-first marketing engine Get real ownership early Learn faster than you would anywhere else in paid media
