Navia Markets is seeking a performance-driven
Paid Media Specialist
to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in
in-app event campaigns
, lead generation, and performance marketing with a focus on achieving
high-quality leads at the lowest Cost Per Lead (CPL)
.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
Facebook/Instagram Ads
Native Advertising platforms
Design and manage
in-app event campaigns
to drive user engagement and conversions.
Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for
lower CPL and higher ROI
.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid strategy optimization.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using analytics tools.
Set up and manage tracking systems using:
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Firebase
Work closely with CRM systems to track lead quality and conversion performance.
Generate high-quality leads aligned with business goals.
Prepare detailed reports and actionable insights for stakeholders.
Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills & Tools
Strong hands-on experience in:
Google Ads
Facebook Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Google Tag Manager
Firebase
Native Ads platforms
Experience with CRM tools and lead lifecycle management.
Deep understanding of
performance marketing metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.)
Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience Requirements
2–5+ years of experience in PPC / performance marketing.
Demonstrated success in
lead generation campaigns
.
Hands-on experience with
in-app event tracking and campaign optimization
is mandatory.
