Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Associate with experience in Purchase Order (PO) Operations within the P2P function. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end PO processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution in line with procurement policies and SLAs.
Key Responsibilities
Create, validate, amend, and process Purchase Orders in ERP systems.
Ensure accuracy of vendor details, pricing, approvals, and documentation.
Coordinate with procurement, finance, and vendors for PO-related queries.
Track pending POs and resolve discrepancies between PR, PO, GR, and invoices.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and internal controls.
Prepare MIS reports related to PO processing and transaction status.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in PO processing, procurement operations, or P2P.
Hands-on experience in SAP or other ERP systems.
Good understanding of procurement workflows and invoice matching.
Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven environments preferred
