Title:
Overseas Business Development Representative (BDR)
Territory:
International / Overseas (e.g., Americas, EMEA, APAC)
Objective
To capture market share by driving rapid sign-ups for the Alumni Portal from educational institutions (universities, colleges, institutes) in the assigned overseas territory.
Responsibilities:
● Build new client relationships
● Create business opportunities and nurturing business opportunities
● Manage and track day to day sales activities
● Build the pipeline and be responsible for company’s annual revenues by meeting
Quarterly and Yearly Sales targets
Key Skills/Activities:
● Cold calling, Email marketing, Creating business potentials and other lead acquisition
strategies
● Manage sales process through research, qualification, needs analysis etc.
● Coordinate with sales associates on prospects
● Understanding the product & customers' needs in depth
● Maintain a high level of knowledge about Vaave’s product and services
● Providing sufficient details of product to prospective clients (telephone & email)
● Knowing the customers and maintaining clear records of all sales activities
● Present online demos to prospective clients
● Building a relationship with prospective clients through email drip marketing campaigns,
demos , content marketing etc.
Expectations:
● The candidates should work in US business hours.
● Fluency in English is a must.
● Should have a good hold over email writing.
● Has some prior knowledge of Global markets and can demonstrate sales experience in
any English speaking markets
● Have strong conviction about the idea of ‘Vaave’
● Builds and maintains trust and strong relationships with customers
● Ability to learn and grow

● Love for challenges and talking to new people
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Knowledge of B2B Sales & marketing, lead acquisition
● Strong business acumen
Experience:
1-4 years in:
● Consultative & solution based sales methodology
● B2B Sales Experience / B2B technology or software applications sales(SAAS)
