About this role

About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Low Code Developer skilled in OutSystems and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to design, develop, and deliver scalable low-code solutions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical proficiency, effective communication and presentation skills, and the ability to independently handle client engagements while leading a small team of developers.   Key Responsibilities Solution Design & Development Architect and develop end-to-end applications using OutSystems (Reactive, Traditional, and Mobile) and Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) . Build reusable components, connectors, and frameworks to accelerate development. Integrate solutions with APIs, SharePoint, Azure, SQL, and other enterprise systems . Apply responsive UI design principles and ensure adherence to performance and security best practices. Client & Stakeholder Management Work directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements, conduct solution walkthroughs, and provide technical recommendations. Participate in client presentations, demos, and status reviews with excellent communication and presentation skills. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications. Leadership & Delivery Lead and mentor a small team of low-code developers. Oversee solution delivery, ensuring on-time completion and adherence to project quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, analysts, and testers for seamless delivery. Quality & Governance Ensure compliance with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) and governance standards across both platforms. Promote best practices for documentation, version control, and component reusability.   Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years Required Skills & Qualifications Technical Skills Proven hands-on experience in OutSystems (Reactive, Mobile, Traditional Web) development including data modeling, logic, UI, and integrations. Expertise in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop Flows) with strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, and PowerFx . Knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, SQL, JavaScript, and HTML/CSS preferred. Exposure to environment setup, deployment, and monitoring within OutSystems and Power Platform. Professional Skills Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing capabilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset. Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
