ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Executive – Creative Outsourcing & Production Coordination, you will play a key role in managing and scaling SAADAA’s outsourced creative production pipeline. This is a highly execution-focused role centered around coordinating with external videographers, editors, and creative agencies to ensure high-quality content delivery with fast turnaround timelines. You will be responsible for onboarding creative partners, managing communication and follow-ups, auditing content quality, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple outsourced projects.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
Agency & Vendor Onboarding: Identify, onboard, and maintain relationships with outsource videographers, video editors, production partners, and creative agencies.
Production Coordination: Manage end-to-end coordination for outsourced shoots and content production projects.
Follow-ups & Communication: Ensure timely follow-ups with external partners for deliverables, revisions, and project updates.
Negotiation & Vendor Management: Negotiate timelines, pricing, and deliverables with freelancers, agencies, and production vendors.
Content Auditing: Review final content outputs to ensure alignment with SAADAA’s quality standards, brand language, and creative expectations.
Feedback Management: Provide clear and actionable feedback to external teams for revisions and improvements.
Workflow Tracking: Maintain trackers, timelines, and databases for all ongoing outsourced creative projects.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal creative and marketing teams to understand campaign requirements and content expectations.
Quality & Execution: Ensure outsourced content is delivered on time without compromising on quality standards.
Process Improvement: Continuously improve coordination systems and workflows for smoother production execution.
WHO YOU ARE
1+ year of experience in creative coordination, production management, agency handling, or vendor management roles.
Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Comfortable managing multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
Good understanding of video content, creative production, and social media deliverables.
Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
Highly execution-driven and proactive in problem-solving.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment.
Confident in negotiations and relationship management.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
Prior experience working with creative agencies, freelancers, production houses, or content creators is preferred.
Basic understanding of video production workflows, editing, and social media content formats is a plus.
