We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to join our team. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our food and beverage outlet, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Manage all aspects of outlet operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and quality assurance
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue
Create and maintain a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and high performance
Oversee the hiring, training, and development of outlet staff
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including sales, costs, and profitability
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate marketing initiatives and special events
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming outlet environment
Implement and monitor quality control measures for food and beverage offerings
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative ideas to improve operations
Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management
Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or in a similar role in the food and beverage industry
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to create memorable dining experiences
Proficiency in English, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and develop staff
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient in using POS systems, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite
In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and HACCP standards
Experience in budget management and financial reporting
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
Certification in food safety or restaurant management (preferred)
