The Oracle Practice Lead will lead and scale the Oracle Practice in India, ensuring delivery excellence across Oracle Fusion and OCI programs. The role focuses on practice growth, presales leadership, capability development, and building strong alliances with Oracle and ecosystem partners. This is a senior leadership role requiring expertise in Oracle ERP delivery, business transformation, and people development.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Growth
Build and scale a high-performing Oracle practice in line with business strategy.
Define delivery frameworks, capability roadmap, and practice operations.
Drive financial performance, utilization, and delivery readiness across teams.
Delivery Excellence
Oversee Oracle Fusion and OCI program delivery, ensuring standards and quality.
Guide solution architecture, resolve escalations, and manage delivery risks.
Support multi-country delivery models and transformation engagements.
Presales & Business Development
Partner with Sales to shape Oracle-led opportunities and proposals.
Lead solutioning, bid defenses, and client presentations.
Act as a trusted advisor for internal and external stakeholders.
Talent & Capability Development
Hire, mentor, and develop Oracle consultants across functions and technologies.
Drive certification, competency building, and retention initiatives.
Create a strong succession and leadership pipeline.
Alliances & Ecosystem Engagement
Strengthen relationships with Oracle Corp and strategic partners.
Build vendor ecosystems and flexible delivery models.
Represent the company in Oracle forums, events, and industry communities.
Candidate Profile Experience
Prospective candidate possess between 15+ years of work experience.
Proven track record managing or scaling an Oracle practice of substantial size.
Strong delivery leadership in Oracle Fusion ERP and OCI programs.
Experience with multi-country or distributed delivery models.
Background in Finance, HR, or Group Systems (preferred).
Oracle certifications are an added advantage.
Professional Skills
Strong presales, client engagement, and strategic thinking capability.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team-leadership skills.
Well-networked within the Oracle ecosystem in India.
Total Experience Expected: 15+ years
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field would be an added advantage
Additional certifications in Oracle ERP solutions preferred
