Ensure alignment with EU Pay Transparency and compensation compliance requirements. . Support automated midpoint calculation and compensation logic implementation. Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) . Architect ORC customizations for: Automated salary range fetching Job DFF logic Dynamic requisition population Background concatenation rules . Ensure seamless user experience and process automation. Integration & Automation . Define cross-module integration strategy across: Core HR Compensation  Recruiting . Collaborate with technical teams on: HDL/HSDL BI Reports Fast Formulas REST/SOAP APIs Data migration and conversion . Drive automation and data integrity initiatives.
