Position Summary   Level:  Senior  Consultant, Managed Services  As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.   Work you’ll do: Analyze business requirements, identify gaps, and translate needs into functional epics and user stories aligned to Oracle capabilities and best practices.  Document requirements as epics/user stories, facilitate grooming sessions with stakeholders, and secure client approvals/sign-offs. Conduct requirement prioritization sessions; maintain a healthy product backlog and manage product and sprint backlogs.  Define and apply effective product backlog management techniques; ensure goals, scope, and product domain are well understood by the Scrum team.  Partner with technical/development teams to communicate product vision, clarify functional queries, resolve functional issues, and recommend fit-to-standard solutions vs. extensions.  Demo working solutions (configured Oracle functionality and end-to-end process flows) to business stakeholders; capture feedback and translate it into backlog items for subsequent sprints/releases.  Develop and maintain project deliverables across phases (e.g., process maps, functional specifications, configuration workbooks, fit-gap logs, decision logs).  Support testing: prepare test scenarios/scripts, coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT), triage defects, and validate fixes.  Support data activities: define data requirements, support migration approach and validation/reconciliation (as applicable to the module).  Prepare and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for application support teams; contribute to hypercare readiness.  The team: Our Digital Foundry Operate & Innovations (DFO&I) team partners with organizations to rapidly design, build, and scale digital products and experiences that drive business growth and elevate customer engagement. By bridging the gap between strategy and execution, we empower organizations to achieve measurable outcomes and deliver exceptional customer experiences in an ever-evolving digital landscape.    Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: 6-10 years of as a Functional Consultant/Business Analyst delivering CX solutions in CPQ, CRM/Sales, Service, and/or Subscription domains.   Strong understanding of end-to-end CX business processes, including quoting/ordering and case management.   Demonstrated ability to lead requirements workshops, produce clear functional documentation, and obtain stakeholder alignment/sign-off.   Hands-on experience supporting or performing functional configuration (e.g., workflows/approvals, routing/assignment, validations, SLAs/entitlements, product/pricing rules).   Experience creating and executing end-to-end functional testing and supporting UAT with business users.   Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain functional designs and process impacts to both business and technical audiences.   Experience working in Agile/Scrum full-lifecycle implementations; strong user story writing for onshore/offshore teams.   Experience leading functional teams and bridging cross-application process gaps (e.g., upstream/downstream integrations, reporting requirements).  Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications Certifications : Oracle CPQ Implementation Specialist, Oracle Sales cloud Implementation Specialist, Oracle Field Service Cloud Implementation Specialist   Experience with complex commercial models such as bundling, tiered/volume pricing, discount governance, renewals, co-terming, and mid-term subscription amendments.  Exposure to integration patterns and downstream handoffs (e.g., CPQ/CRM to order management, subscription to billing/finance) and master data governance for customer/product/pricing.  Familiarity with reporting/analytics requirements for sales pipeline, service performance (SLA), and subscription KPIs. Experience supporting cutover activities, release/regression planning, and post-go-live hypercare operations.  Education:    BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university       Location: Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai
