Job Summary:
The Sales Executive is responsible for assisting customers in selecting optical products, driving sales, and delivering an excellent in-store experience. The role requires strong communication skills, product knowledge, and a customer-focused approach to achieve sales targets and ensure satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service & Sales
Assist customers in selecting frames, lenses, and accessories based on needs and budget
Explain lens options, coatings, and ongoing offers clearly
Provide personalized recommendations, including frame selection using Visufit 1000
Ensure a professional and positive customer experience
2. Sales & Target Achievement
Achieve individual and store sales targets
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue
Stay updated on optical products and trends
3. Store Operations
Handle billing, order processing, and job card entries
Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
Support inventory checks and report discrepancies
4. Customer Follow-up & After-Sales Service
Follow up on orders, deliveries, and pending purchases
Handle customer queries, repairs, and warranty support
Maintain customer database for future engagement
5. Optical Dispensing
Verify prescriptions and ensure accurate fitting
Conduct quality checks before delivery
Guide customers on eyewear usage and care
6. Administrative Tasks
Maintain sales records and CRM updates (Zoho CRM)
Update attendance/leave records in HRMS (Keka)
Support store operations as required
