Purpose of the Job
To lead the sales team, drive overall optical sales, and act as the primary point of contact for store operations and management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations and staff schedules
Ensure store discipline, cleanliness, and timely functioning
Drive sales targets (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly)
Guide customers with product knowledge (lens & frames)
Supervise dispensing, quality checks, and delivery processes
Monitor sales performance, reports, and collections
Maintain stock, coordinate purchases, and manage inventory
Ensure proper system updates and customer follow-ups
Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback
Conduct staff training and support team development
Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
Coordinate with internal teams and management
