We are looking for a dynamic and motivated students to join our team as a Telecalling Intern. This role will help you to gain hands-on experience in business communication, lead generation, and customer relationship management. It is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, improve the soft skills, and understand the sales and marketing processes.
Job Description & KRA: -
Initiate outbound calls to prospective parents, students, or leads to introduce our different courses and the facilities provided by the college.
Manage incoming inquiries effectively, answering questions in a polite, professional, and timely manner.
Update and maintain accurate records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in our CRM software or Excel sheets.
Schedule follow-up calls or meetings to nurture leads and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Gather valuable customer feedback and share it with the sales and marketing teams to help refine our pitching strategies.
Qualification & Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration or recent graduate.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
Working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
A positive, patient, and resilient mindset with a willingness to learn how to handle objections and close deals.
