We are looking for a dynamic and motivated students to join our team as a Placement Coordinator. This role will help you to gain hands-on experience in technical skills, master corporate etiquette, build professional networks, and learn to adapt to fast-paced, collaborative work environments.
Job Description & KRA: -
Establish and nurture long-term relationships with industry professionals, HR managers, and corporate executives.
Organize and manage on-campus placement drives, career fairs, and pre-placement talks.
Key task is to bring in new clientele and manage relationships with existing corporate clients.
To correspond to prospective companies and invite for campus interview/online interview.
Support placement logistics, such as traveling, accommodation, etc.
Follow up hiring steps to receive placement confirmation, joining date, offer letter, etc.
To share the data base of eligible aspirants to the prospective companies
To arrange for interview facilities at the campus (Board Room, Auditorium).
Sharing industry feedback, trends, and expectations with students and leadership
Counsel students on career preparedness, resume building, and interview techniques.
Maintain and track an active database of eligible student profiles and corporate recruiters.
To cultivate long-term, meaningful relationships with the alumni community, drive engagement.
Identify skill gaps in students and organize training workshops or mock interviews.
Qualification & Experience
Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in business administration or recent graduate.
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in English, Hindi and local languages.
Working knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and multitasking abilities.
A positive, patient, and resilient mindset with a willingness to learn how to handle objections and close deals.
