We are looking for a proactive Operations & Sales Executive who will drive partnerships with design colleges and universities while managing the operational execution of workshops, seminars, and learning programs. This role requires strong communication, relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage multiple academic partnerships and program deliveries. Key Responsibilities Institutional Partnerships & Outreach Reach out to Deans, Directors, and faculty heads of design colleges and universities across Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, and other South Indian regions Set up meetings and present Mellow Academy’s learning initiatives Build relationships with academic institutions for workshops, seminars, and certification programs Support partnership discussions and onboarding of colleges Program & Operations Management Coordinate with colleges to plan and execute workshops, seminars, and training programs Manage logistics and scheduling for academic sessions Coordinate with trainers, speakers, and external collaborators Ensure smooth delivery of programs across institutions Stakeholder Coordination Maintain communication with college representatives, faculty members, and partners Manage documentation, schedules, and coordination for program delivery Track progress of ongoing academic partnerships Sales & Growth Support Support outreach to new colleges and universities for program expansion Maintain lead and partnership trackers Assist in closing institutional collaborations and program sign-ups Requirements 1–3 years of experience in sales, operations, partnerships, or program management Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable interacting with academic institutions and senior stakeholders Good organisational and coordination abilities Willingness to travel across cities when required Preferred Background Experience working with educational institutions, training programs, or ed-tech companies Interest in design education, creative industries, or skill development initiatives Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines What You’ll Gain Opportunity to build partnerships with leading design colleges Exposure to education, creative industries, and program development High ownership role within a growing learning initiative Opportunity to grow with Mellow Academy as it expands
