Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Operations Project Management Intern
to support cross-functional teams across R&D, Engineering, and Operations. In this role, you will help streamline workflows, track project milestones, and ensure seamless coordination between design, testing, procurement, and manufacturing teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to how complex hardware and software products are developed and operationalized from concept to execution.
What You’ll Do:
Project Planning & Tracking
Assist in planning and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and key milestones
Maintain documentation, schedules, and dashboards for effective project tracking
Track dependencies, critical paths, and parallel workflows across teams
Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with Design, Testing, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure alignment
Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and daily stand-ups
Act as a coordination point between technical and operational stakeholders
Risk Management & Process Improvement
Identify potential bottlenecks, risks, and resource constraints
Flag issues proactively and support mitigation planning
Assist in implementing and improving project management tools, templates, and processes
Who Can Apply:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
Strong interest in project management, operations, or product development
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with tools like Excel, Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proactive mindset with strong ownership and attention to detail
Bonus Points:
Prior internship/project experience in hardware, automotive, or manufacturing domains
Understanding of product development lifecycle
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
