Blitz enables Same-Day Delivery for eCommerce brands to provide the best on-time delivery experiences to their customers. Blitz aims to simplify scalability & unlock the growth of new-age eCommerce brands by making Same-Day delivery more convenient, reliable & affordable. Same-Day Delivery helps brands with converting their browsers into buyers, serving as a competitive advantage and reducing working capital challenges. Blitz currently engages with enterprise brands with category focus into Fashion, Beauty & Personal Care and Healthcare; helping them with 30% - 40% increase in their website conversions & increasing retention by 2x by providing best in class experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Planning & Execution of delivery partner, sorter, picker & Packers hiring.
● Onboard new vendor partners and freelancers while maintaining strong relationships with existing vendors to ensure consistent hiring throughput.
● Identify and develop new vendor partnerships and freelance networks to scale the hiring as per business requirements.
● Track vendor performance, maintain service levels, and implement improvement plans to maximize hiring productivity.
● Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters (FRs) and Telecallers, guiding them strategically to close open hiring mandates efficiently.
● Ensure timely fulfillment of hiring targets through multiple sourcing channels including vendors, field recruitment, and telecalling.
● Work closely with ground operations teams to design and implement retention strategies for delivery partners.
● Demonstrate strong problem-solving ability and a bias for action to resolve operational challenges quickly. ● Actively identify, implement, and share best practices across supply operations to improve overall hiring performance
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
● Graduation degree with 1-2 Years of similar experience.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills both remotely and face-to-face.
● Metric Focussed and ability to dive deep with data
● Proven coaching and leadership skills including evidence of successful succession planning models.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
● Strong attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills required ● Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
● Ability to handle changing priorities and use good judgment when working in stressful situations ● Decisive, confident, and experienced with influencing others
● Knowledge and understanding of last-mile logistics will be a huge plus
