ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a detail-oriented and disciplined intern to support our Operations team. You will play a hands-on role in reviewing retailer-submitted invoices, verifying their accuracy, and helping ensure that points awarded through our loyalty programme are correctly earned and recorded.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Review invoices uploaded by retailers and verify them for completeness and accuracy.
Check that the system has correctly categorised each invoice against programme guidelines.
Ensure that points accrued are valid and consistent with the supporting invoice data.
Flag irregularities, duplicate submissions, or potential fraud for review by senior team members.
Maintain organised records of reviewed invoices and document any discrepancies found.
Support the broader operations team with related administrative tasks as needed.
